The Phoenician and J&G Steakhouse will serve up one of the Valley's premier culinary events as the Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation comes to the AAA Five Diamond property. 

Serving as the evening's special celebrity chef will be Jean-Georges Vongerichten, one of the world's most influential culinary masters and restauranteurs, as well as the creative force behind J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician.  Joining him will be host and resort Executive Chef Paul Carter.  Together, these renowned artisans and their teams will design an inspired multi-course menu paired with premier wines selected by Phoenician Master Sommelier Greg Tresner.  The event will be held at J&G Steahouse with an intimate reception featuring signature hors d'oeuvres complemented by fine wines and spirits will begin the evening at 6pm.  After an exclusive epicurean dinner experience, both chefs will share their culinary insights and expertise, answering guest questions.
